Efficiency
A precision design, ultra tight tolerance machining and good surface finishes, allow the Ever-Power to operate at high efficiency values, 98% for just one stage gearbox and 96% for a two stages gearbox. Efficiency values rely on torsional backlash, velocity, ratio, ambient temperature, etc. The common efficiency level varies according to the number of phases as shown in the technical data sheets for each gearbox model.

Gears, planet carrier and housing
