one. Salient attributes:
1.1.Grinding wheel and Regulating wheel
one.1.1.The diameter of grinding wheel is 600mm, with robust grinding pressure.
1.1.2.The 600mm extensive grinding wheel can improve the grinding allowance in a single move, and lower repeating, to elevate performance.
one.1.3.The grinder designed for double moving wheels, whilst grinding bracket fastened. The body of regulating wheel moves for adjustment and workpiece mounted in purchase to geared up diverse feed products.
one.1.4. The spindles of grinding wheel and regulating wheel adopted 5-plate short bearing bushed static-hydrodynamical oil movie bearing, which with far better rigidity,and satisfy the want of heavy loading grinding and specific grinding.

1.2.1.The regulating wheel feed slide is equipped plastic coated guideway and servomotor that drives substantial-precision turbine reducer to work, through the couplings driving ball screws. The minimum feed is .001mm.
one.2.2.AC frequency converter is employed for regulating wheel pace management .
one.2.3.Equipment motor pushed the ball screw & stepless pace regulation are adopted on regulating wheel & grinding wheel dresser.
